Initiated by Rafał Kunach (the founder of the Masovian Voivodeship Miniature Park Foundation), the project is aimed at presenting miniatures of now non-existent Warsaw's historic buildings and culturally important sites from across the Voivodeship (also those that exist to this day).
Among partners of the Park are "Warszawa1939.pl" Foundation, "Saski 2018" Association, "Stolica" monthly and Radio Plus.

The exhibition, which is supplemented by old city plans as well as paintings and drawings of old Warsaw, includes miniatures of:

• Giełda Warszawska (the former building of the Warsaw Stock Exchange)
• Gościnny Dwór (a trade venue)
• Granzowa townhouse
• Karaś Palace
• Kronenberg Palace
• Lubomirski Palace
• Saxon Palace
• Teatr Letni (Summer Theatre)
• Grand Salon in the Saxon Garden
• Żelazna Brama (a gate structure in the Saxon garden)

All miniatures are based on original plans, drawings and photographs obtained through historic research. Made of weather-resistant materials, including glass and tin, they can be safely exhibited outdoors. Some ornamentation elements and figures of residents have been made with 3D printers.

• the first completed miniature, the Saski Palace, was officially presented in April 2014 in a glass display cabinet at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.
• from May 2015 to 2018, the exhibition was shown in the building of the former Wilhelm Landau Bank House at 38 Senatorska Street.
• since April 2018, the garden of the Central Agricultural Library at 66 Krakowskie Przedmieście Street.

Ultimately, the park will be located outdoors at a location which has yet to be announced.
